Student Expulsion Policy
Great Lakes Truck Driving School is committed to
taking all reasonable steps to ensure their students
have the opportunity to successfully complete their programs.
The College has a commitment to ensure that
within this general framework all students are treated fairly and equitably. Students who do not
support the academic and ethical goals of Great Lakes Truck Driving School for themselves and their fellow students.
Complaint Procedure
Great Lakes Truck Driving School acknowledges the right of its students complain when dissatisfied with a service and encourages feedback from its students.
Great Lakes Truck Driving School views complaints as an opportunity to learn and improve for the future, as well as a chance to put things right for the student who has made the complaint; Great Lakes Truck Driving School tries not to be defensive or negative about feedback.
Sexual Violence Policy
The students of Great Lakes Truck Driving School have the right to study in an environment free of sexual violence.
This document sets out our policy on sexual violence involving our students, defines the prohibited behaviours, and outlines our investigative processes for sexual violence. This policy applies to complaints of sexual violence involving our students - at the campus of Great Lakes Truck Driving School or at a one of our events.
